Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase with valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Returns and exchanges are eligible for:
- Store credit for future use
- Item exchange of equal value
Products must be returned in original, unused condition, in original packaging, and brought to our store by the customer.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Custom-made or specially modified products (including upholstery and woodwork changes)
- Pre-orders and made-to-order items
- Discounted or clearance sale items
- Used or altered items
- Items returned without receipt or after 3 days
Note: Delivery, shipping, and installation charges are not refundable.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only for defective or incorrect items when repair or replacement is not possible.
Examples include:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged products delivered
- Wrong items delivered due to our mistake
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days with a 3% service fee deducted to cover payment processing.
Refunds will be issued via original payment method or cheque.
Note: Delivery charges will be deducted from refunds requested after delivery.
General Terms
Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days from purchase. No requests will be accepted afterward.
Customers are responsible for ensuring product delivery access (doors, lifts, stairways).
Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at Support@artandcraftfurniture.com if returning a product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards or digital vouchers
- Products returned damaged, used, or incomplete (unless our fault)
- Returns after the 3-day period
Gifts
If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, a store credit will be issued upon return. Refunds for gifts purchased by others will be issued to the original buyer.
